I really like this presentation. I thought that it very accurately described PCR and gave a good explanation of how it worked. I didn't quite understand some of the pictures, and thought that it could have been more colorful, but overall, it was a very good slideshow.
This powerpoint was very organized and i enjoyed the many photos. I learned that PCR is used in DNA fingerprinting. I liked how each step of the process had its own slide. it made it very clear to understand. Kelsey Martin block 4
